jaxflroofrepair.com ("the site") is operated by Roof Repair JAX to connect Jacksonville homeowners, associations and businesses with a licensed local roofing contractor for roof repair, replacement, inspections and related work. The site provides information and takes inquiries; the roofing work itself is performed and invoiced by the licensed roofing contractor servicing the site ("the roofer"). The roofer's business name, Florida license number and insurance details are published on the site once confirmed.

Use of the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. Content is general information about roofing in Jacksonville and Florida and is not a substitute for an inspection of your property, legal advice or insurance advice. Do not rely on it to perform roofing work yourself; working on a roof is dangerous, and in Florida roofing work must be performed by a contractor licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Inquiries and estimates

  • Sending a form or calling does not create a contract. A contract for roofing work is formed when you sign the roofer's written estimate or contract.
  • Any inspection fee, if one applies, is stated before an inspection is scheduled. You may decline at that point at no cost.
  • The price for the work is given in writing before work begins. If further work is found to be necessary, a revised price is given before that work starts.
  • Arrival windows are given in good faith and depend on weather, storm volume and other jobs.

Licensing, permits and insurance claims

Warranties
